Fulfillment and Shipping Policy

At Clean Auto Finesse, we provide high-quality automotive detailing services, paint protection solutions, and related vehicle care. This Fulfillment Policy outlines how we handle service appointments and order processing.
1. Service Fulfillment

All services, including paint correction, ceramic coatings, and paint protection film (PPF) applications, are provided by appointment only.

Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.

To ensure the best results, customers must drop off their vehicles at our Kernersville, NC location at the scheduled time.

Failure to arrive on time for an appointment may result in rescheduling or cancellation fees.
2. Order Processing for Services

Some services may require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled appointment if proper notice is given.

Full payment is required upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid cancellation fees.

No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in forfeiture of any deposit paid.
4. No Physical Product Shipments

Clean Auto Finesse does not sell or ship physical products. Our services are exclusively performed at our detailing facility in Kernersville, NC.
