Refund/Cancellation Policy

At Clean Auto Finesse, we strive to provide exceptional service and customer satisfaction. Below is our policy regarding cancellations and refunds for our services.
1. Appointment Cancellations

We understand that schedules change. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of [Insert Amount].

No-shows or same-day cancellations may result in forfeiture of any deposit paid.
2. Deposits

Certain services may require a deposit at the time of booking.

Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to a rescheduled appointment if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.

Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds once a service has been performed.

If you are dissatisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assess and resolve any issues.
4. Service Adjustments

If you believe there is an issue with the quality of the service performed, we will gladly inspect the work and, if necessary, make adjustments at no additional cost within a reasonable timeframe.

Adjustments are offered at the sole discretion of Clean Auto Finesse and do not guarantee a refund.
5. Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, we may need to reschedule or modifyyour service to accommodate other clients.

Excessive tardiness may result in a cancellation fee.
6. Weather Policy

If weather conditions prevent us from completing a scheduled service, we will work with you to reschedule at the earliest available time.

Deposits will be transferred to the new appointment date.
