Deposits

​All of our services require a deposit at the time of the booking. Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to a rescheduled appointment if notice is given 24 hours in advance. For our coating services we require a deposit of $100 & for our full wrap services we require a deposit of $1000.

Cancellation policy

Here at Clean Auto Finesse we understand that schedules change. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment we kindly ask to be notified 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than are subjected a small fee of $50. Excessive tardiness will also result in being charged the  fee as well. If weather conditions prevent us from completing a scheduled service, we will work with you to reschedule you at the earliest available time with your deposit being applied to the rescheduled appointment. 

 

Refunds

At Clean Auto Finesse, we strive to provide exceptional service and customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final. Especially once the service has been performed. If you believe there is an issue with the quality of our service performed, we will gladly inspect and adjustments are offered at the sole discretion of Clean Auto Finesse and do not guarantee a refund.
